On the majority of residential projects we work on, a client will enroll a consultant at the initial stages, either while their property is under construction or as soon as a property is purchased.
As a design consultant, we study the site and surroundings of the property, understand the owner’s needs, and carry out an initial study to ensure the electromechanical services (which include lighting, power & data, HVAC and plumbing) are provided to suit the design requirements.
The following stage includes the preparation of complete detailed design drawings along with 3D rendered visuals, selection of finishes, FF&E, hardware, accessories, and fittings.
Upon finalising the design package, our role is then to source suitable contractors for executing the works and supervising the work until the project is complete.
