‘Turnkey Projects’ are also known as ‘Design & Build’.
Sometimes Clients do not wish to engage with more than one company, so they appoint us to handle the entire package; commencing with the design stage until the successful completion of the project.
This scope would include:
- Site Survey
- Preparation of conceptual design followed by design development and material selection
- Submitting a complete proposal which includes execution of the works, supply of material and FF&E
- Consolidating all packages, between all outsourced sub-contractors and suppliers
- Monitoring the progress of work on site
- Completion of works and handing over the key to the client.
