Commercial projects are always an exciting challenge as they cater for the requirements of the client initially; yet, we must consider the needs of the large number of people who will be using the space after the project is complete. We also always have to work precisely on a tight time frame to ensure minimal disruption to businesses operations.

Commercial Projects include:

Hotel Refurbishments including Lobbies, F&B Outlets, Recreation Areas, Public Areas, Meeting Rooms, Ballrooms and Guest Bedrooms
Office Fit-Out
Restaurant Fit-Out

Depending on the nature of the project, our role is to prepare a complete design along with plans, 3D rendered visuals and a selection of fixed finishes and furniture.

Our scope of services is not limited to the interior design aspect only.; but we also work on the preparation of the related civil and electromechanical drawings to suit the design requirements.

Upon finalising the design stage, a complete tender package is prepared to allow for inviting companies to bid for the complete construction of the project. Once the priced tender documents are returned, we analyse the received proposals and send our recommendation to the client.

After a project is awarded to a Contractor, we supervise and monitor the execution and work progress on site. Following completion, most commercial projects fall under a ‘One Year Defects liability Period’. Our role during this period is to address any complaints raised by the client and ensure the contractor rectifies the problem.
