Based on the nature of the venture, some of the projects we work on have been put together by specialised design companies.
Upon conclusion of the design package, the client will engage with us to study the project’s requirements and prepare the related civil/electromechanical drawings along with the ‘Bill of Quantities’ and a complete tender package; enabling us to tender the project.
Once the priced tender documents are returned, we analyse the received proposals and send our recommendation to the client.
After a contractor is agreed upon, we supervise the work on-site, review shop-drawings prior to execution, approve material submittals, coordinate the packages between the various contractors and subcontractors involved in the project and evaluate payment certificates received from the contractors/suppliers.
Most commercial projects fall under a ‘One Year Defects Liability Period’. Our role during this period is to address any complaints raised by the client and ensure the contractor rectifies the problems.
